Dive deep into an experience of yourself unhindered by limits, blocks,

Many of us do not recognize that we live within the boundaries of our own mind.
Without even noticing we close off the possibility of what we’re capable of
beyond the limited ideas we have of ourselves. With unerring accuracy the
mind reinforces our perception of the world and the body dutifully reflects
these boundaries as psychic and physical limitations. Over time, these patterns
of thinking and feeling are energetically and physically “worn” by the body.
Left unresolved, these often manifest as chronic tension, agitation and health
imbalances in the body.
Through the deep release of energetic patterning, participants report
measurable
shifts in physical capacity, improved physical vitality, greater postural
alignment and insight into emotional patterns manifesting as physical imbalance
in the body.
• Using yoga therapy experience being fully supported in a series of yoga poses
allowing you to consciously encounter energetic holding patterns without
strain.
• Release the build-up of subtle energetic tensions that inhibit health, range
of movement and produce chronic stress
• Unwind unfinished issues held in the body using Active Meditation; a

utilizing conscious feeling, breath and meditative self-awareness to resolve

Yoga sessions will begin the day, with a delicious, wholesome breakfast on the spacious porches while fresh breezes blow in off the salt marshes. Mediate while walking the circles inside the labyrinth or among the blue bottle garden. You may see hawks, great blue herons, sandhill cranes, snowy egrets, or one of the many 250 species of birds that call Palm Key home.
We will be providing your nutritious meals throughout the retreat, except for the off-site tour/excursion.
